Via Chicago Theological Seminary Commencement 2015, radical pro-abortionist and false teacher Chuck “Jesus is not the only way but He sure is a bigot” Currie of the UCC (Unitarians Counterfeiting Christ) took a break from taking little girls to gay pride parades to get his Doctorate degree!
As noted, my D.Min. work focused on researching, developing and evaluating models to teach progressive clergy how to engage in theologically grounded social action that employees social media as a vehicle for organizing.
Translation: How to teach wolves in sheep’s clothing to use the Interwebs.
It is vital that Christians address important social issues – such as climate change and economic inequality – using a theological framework. Otherwise, we allow conservative fundamentalists to shape the debate over the future of Christianity.
So pro-abortion extremist Chuck Currie, who, along with the rest of the “Christian” Left, thinks that Jesus is cool with killing kids up to their first breath and that taxpayers should pay for this, is going to lecture you on social issues. Indeed.
Even the mention of “climate change” tells you that you are dealing with someone who is ignorant and/or malicious.
And income inequality? Remember that Leftists literally fail at basic economics. This “Christian” Leftist “Doctor” is so theologically bankrupt that he denies Jesus’ divinity, denies that He is the only way to salvation, mocks the Bible, and more, and he’s going to school you on economics?
Chicago Theological Seminary is a unique institution. The vision of the seminary is to “be an international force in the development of religious leadership to transform society toward greater justice and mercy.”
I’m looking forward to reconnecting with the CTS family in January 2016 when I join a planned CTS-sponsored interfaith study tour of Israel and Palestine.
Why would you expect someone like him to care about being unequally yoked?
P.S. It is funny seeing the “Reverend Dr.” refer to himself that way in his blog title and anywhere else he gets a chance. I can’t think of many, if any, real pastors who are so insecure as to cite their credentials that often.
